Q: How do I know that my autographed collectible is authentic, and do your items come with certificates of authenticity?

A: We offer three types of autographed collectibles:

1. Items signed at paid, private signing sessions, such as Mounted Memories, Steiner Sports, Schwartz Sports, Upper Deck Authenticated, TriStar Productions, Reich Publishing and Marketing, and GT Sports Marketing. These items will be accompanied by the respective company's certificate of authenticity.

2. Items that have been professionally authenticated by one of three companies: PSA/DNA, JSA, and GAI Global. These items will come with the authenticator's respective certificate of authenticity.

3. Items acquired in person by one of our hand-selected, in-person sources. These items are guaranteed to pass PSA/DNA, GAI, or JSA authentication.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Q: How long does it take to receive my item?

We will make every effort to get your item to you ASAP. We want happy customers! Most items ship within 1-2 days. However, a very small number of our items are sent directly from the respective signing agent and require an additional wait of anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

SHIPPING - PREORDER ITEMS

Q: How long will it take to receive items that are sold on a presale basis?

A: These items are shipped as soon as they are available from the manufacturer. Shipping times may vary from the original date shown in the listing due to factors such as a change in the date of a signing or other potential delays in production.

All presale orders are subject to availability from the manufacturer, as our inventory does not necessarily reflect the amount of product we have available on a specific item.

If such an item is sold out, we will issue a refund to your credit card or Paypal account upon confirmation from the manufacturer.

PAYMENT

Q: I'm not comfortable using my credit card on the web. Can I still order?

A: This site uses secure encryption so chances of your info being stolen are remote, and most card issuers limit liability to $50 or less. With that being the case, we are only equipped to take web orders at this time.

Q: If I live outside the U.S., can I still order?

A: Yes. Online credit card ordering is available for many countries. If your country is not listed on the shipping form or online ordering is unavailable, payment must be submitted by mail.

RETURN POLICY

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Items shipped within the USA carry an unconditional, no questions asked 7 day guarantee. If you return the product undamaged within 7 days of receipt with the original certificate of authenticity, you will receive credit or a refund. If any item is declined by PSA/DNA, GAI, or JSA for any reason, that item is eligible for return at any time.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a return.

Please note that returns beyond 30 days will be refunded by company check. For security reasons, all credit card records are electronically destroyed after 30 days of the original order.
